I received this email from Trustpilot “…Please reply to this email within 3 days with documentation of your experience with name.com”When I did, I then got a reply which said “Unfortunately, this email address is not monitored and this is an automated reply. Please use this link to complete our contact form.So they tell me to reply by email, then tell me the email address is useless! Well organised? I don’t think so!The form was no good as it did not refer to the problem. Spent about an hour messing about with them explaining all name.com’s many faults. Not had a reply yet. If I get an email, I would like to be able to reply to it. NOT GO TO A DIFFICULT TO COMPLETE ONLINE FORM!Show more

TrustPilot seems to be overly concerned, (in my opinion), with Clearing Companies Names….PAYONEER seems to be a good company, (as far as passing money onto websites for your order), BUT, they also TAKE NO RESPONSIBILITY in whether those websites are SCAM Website’s or not. If you look at PAYONEERs website you will notice that there is no provision for reporting SCAMs or asking for your money back. Payoneer gets a cut of EACH transaction and does not care if they are scam websites, like Bradlywestfield.us or not.Show more
