Terrible company. They restrict and suspend my account because we login a couple of times from another location. I try to explain, SENT THEM 6 EMAILS through different forms, emails, NOTHING. Our account suspended for 10 days with no explanation, no answer. Terrible customer service. I am very worried they under this situation still charge me every month the subscription even I cannot use the app.

Charged for no usage, no refund.I used Ahrefs and Semrush for our company; we found that Semrush is not user-friendly and accurate regarding data. Requested for a refund due to no usage over 3 months. The cancellation process is complicated. Better stay away. Multiple emails got ignored. Charged in free trial - no refund!

They charged me for a month on the first day of the ‘free trial’ despite it’s website saying it won’t charge in the free trial. They won’t give me my money back because I didn’t request a refund within 7 days (despite this rule applying when the money should be taken AFTER the trial)!!!!!

Underhand techniques to make money

As a digital agency director, we have paid a lot of money to SEMrush for many years. It has come to light that they have blocked our account from apparent ‘Suspicious activity’. As a registered BCORP and a company for good,’ we use our skills to help others. It’s obvious we are reputable. Being blocked not only hurts our business but also those companies we help. We have two licences and two users, simple. However, SEMrush is adamant that many people from many locations use our account. As a tech business, we know systems are not always 100% accurate in knowing a real situation, Our two users use devices in multiple rooms at different times as they present data to clients. We have also moved offices, maybe this is why there is differing locations. Are SEMrush unaware that people can work from home and office? This is unacceptable and, quite frankly, rude. This is r harsh attack on customers damaging the reputation of SEMrush for clearly using an underhand technique to increase revenue. I’m looking forward to having someone contact me back!Show more
