Sneaky Money Grabbing Cancellation Process

What an absolute joke. I went through with all the lengthy steps to cancel subscription with possibly around 5 CTAs before you can cancel. I did this closed the window. Then received a cancellation email which 99% of companies send out after this process to confirm cancellation but theirs is different. Thiers is sneaky, asking you to again confirm you STILL want to cancel. I didn’t see this detail and most people wouldn’t. The tactics they’re using to keep people on subscription are very sly, unfair and need to be changed. I’m waiting for a full and immediate refund…Show more

Money Grabbers Lacking Customer Service

I have been an SEM Rush customer for many years, and over that time, my experience has been mediocre but not bad enough to use a different product.Overall, it is a powerful tool, and I’m not disputing that. Most SEO companies will either use it or know of it. Following a spate of spam emails (due to a bug in their software), which took me ages to get SEM Rush to stop their systems bombarding me with, I then experienced the final straw due to the diabolical business behind the product.Now just to say upfront, I appreciate services have a cost and a good quality service isn’t necessarily that budget friendly, but the firm impression I now have after being a well-versed customer is that their bottom line is all they are interested in now.I approached them with a question regarding billing and was told that support would contact me. There was no response from support, and then all of my valuable data from all but one project was deleted forever.Years of blood, sweat and tears are gone.Thanks for nothing, SEM Rush; you have now confirmed how little you think of long-term customers, and it was the push I needed to go and use another product.Be warned… Unless you have deep pockets and don’t care about customer service, then I’d consider other products.Show more
