Good software, but there was a huge pricing increase

The pricing changed from 3,63 euro per month to 28,31 euro per month. I only used it for rank tracking and backlink tracking. All other futures I don’t need. So it’s a huge increase and at first I did not notice this. But they gave me a good solution so from 1 star it goes to 3. I must say the software is good and useful, but the increase in pricing is so big I want to give 3 stars. 2 new stars because of the solution. Thank you so much.Show more

Far from leaders, but still quite good.I was using it for 1 year. Good for backlinks and ranking. Don’t like their interface – it’s almost impossible to work with keywords. You should export them first otherwise you will not see 3+ words search phrases. Really cool custom support.

The price of this tool is highly competitive.What is scans is quite enlightening.It doesn’t take too long to do it.Support for it is pretty good.That’s the good stuff. Now the bad stuff.If you have a big site of say 1000+ pages, and you run the Audit, let’s say it comes back with a load of errors, and you get through them all as best as you can. Then you run it again, and the errors and warnings have reduced a lot, you then want to iron it out to get them as low as is possible.If you have say 10 pages that have duplicate content, or missing tags, and you get them sorted out, you then want to know if THOSE pages are sorted. So you want to scan THOSE pages.You can’t. You have to scan the whole site again. So rather than just using 10 pages or so of your allowance, you have to use your whole 1000 pages (even if 990 are pretty much fined).Another issue we found was with the Warnings to external pages. One is to a Yell page, that it throws to a 4XX error… even tho the page is there.Overall we found it good. Support was pretty well timed, and for the price, it’s very reasonable indeed. But the issues in linking to pages that are there, and the problem with ‘checking’ individual pages, rather than having to use a lot of your allowance, knocks it a bit for it.We’d like to be able to have a ‘Re-Check’ button by those Errors and Warnings, rather than an entire new scan.Show more

Its a brilliant tool but I am disappointed in there ability to white label. The marketing plan has hyperlinks to their website as well as the report builder having their logo on default that you have to continually remove per client.

Customer service is good although I do need a little more guidance to understand how to compile the right reports for what I require. I find the interface a little fragmenting to be honest and I find it hard to consolidate the information. Some more communication would be great.
