I purchased ISP proxy from this provider. First one didn’t work for my purpose and I asked the support to replace mine. My request meets with their terms and it was only a few minutes after the purchase, so I thought I could ask for a replacement.The support agent jumped instantly into chat and took action. They replaced the proxy 2 times, until it works for the purpose. I used several proxies until now. Every proxy provider is advertising their proxies, but there can be already polluted ips among them.It’s crucial to provide replacement option as well as fast support.I highly recommend this service.
