I’d give a 0 if possible! My account gets hacked, a user is added, changes my plan and ups me to the new $16.99 plan. Contact Netflix, they say too bad!! Finally offer a credit of $1.69 and say no, you can’t have your original plan anymore. I guess they made Billions in profit by screwing 1 customer at a time into something they never agreed to.SCREW YOU NETFLIX!!!!Show more

All of a sudden I’m watching a movie on Netflix and I get a freaking commercial! What the heck am I paying for movies or commercials? I’m certainly getting rid of Netflix and canceling my subscription. Netflix is a joke!

Netflix was good in 2022 and till the middle of 2023 but the content is getting outdated real quick if they do not fix the problem it is going to be a down hill battle now that ads are in play – we need something NEW and you’re ads are repetitive and useless.

Netflix runs on a subscription video-on-demand ( SVOD) model. Subscribers can pay monthly or yearly plans to access the vast media library anytime, anywhere, and on any device.

Thus subscriptions are Netflix’s main source of income, but unlike other apps like Spotify and youtube which also run on premium subscriptions, there is no free option in Netflix. This means all the members have to pay for the content they want to watch and enjoy.
