I don't know about other people's experiences, but mine with this VPN was stellar. Easy to download, may take a (very short) while to connect, simple to use. Works as intended and no ads. Free version gives you 2 GB per month, so if you need a free VPN for daily use, this may not be for you. (They do have premium plans though.) I've been using the free version forever, and customer service was very responsive the rare times I had an issue.

What I like best?

Hide.me has an easy-to-use interface with all accessible options, so it is very easy to change location with this VPN. I also like the protection options of this software such as the kill switch or the automatic connection. I also like the refund policies of this software, which protect the user.Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What I dislike?

I consider that the free version is in unfavorable conditions with respect to the paid version, since it offers a limited amount of navigation data that is renewable when sharing a VPN message on your social networks.

The app recently solicited me for a review and I gave it a 5-star. I know there’s not a lot of advertising done by Hide.me but they are the BEST in my humble opinion and I’ve tried a few in the past. I liked them so much that years ago, I signed up for a lifetime and dropped a chunk of change. Best deal I’ve ever made. They probably don’t offer that one anymore but they’re worth the monthly. So many sites in my home country block my international address and I just flip a switch, connect to one of the Hide.me servers and I have access again. They have additional levels that I’ve not seen at other vendors, most of which I don’t use but truly sophisticated.
