Amending my review. Helium10 used to be GREAT, but they are now focusing on Ali Baba resellers more so than fixing their major deficits. Major issues they have had for years are not being fixed and instead they are adding half-assed features. Software took a major downtown since the original crew got bought out, like every software that goes to Private Equity. They are running into the same issues that Saas companies that don’t care about their loyal customers. We (power users) are leaving in droves to other software that listens to our concerns.
