Simple managing tools that make our staff’s work much more comfortable, something I appreciate. It also comes with a ‘Do Not Disturb’ function, which has proved invaluable. To prevent the need of frequently getting up and have to find somebody, we utilize it for internal office comman-dinethere. It is also particularly useful for marking in early hours of morning and file transfers. A better integration of a number of audio/video functions is necessary. In my view, the search box can be provided for accessing earlier pictures. Now, our team is more dedicated and all events records are kept according to date and may be recovered in future if there arises a necessity to review the things that we had discussed before. A single button can enable options such as two way video calls, text chat and other participant activities via quick screen sharing The team conversations that are either for the mutual consumption of all or specific to an individual member.
A better integration of a number of audio/video functions is necessary. In my view, the search box can be provided for accessing earlier pictures.

A Boom in the BIM Apps

I use Flock when the person I am engaging with doesn’t have Slack.
Slowly I am turning to Flock since it has a clean UI/UX on mobile application.
It makes it easy to collaborate via creation of unlimited communication channels in one place. I only dislike that ai have to integrate with external web conferencing apps to enhance video calls. Sending and receiving direct messages over the internet is one of the best aspects about Flock.
Product management is another added advantage that I relish from Flock.

The ability to create thematic channels organizes our conversations in an orderly fashion, improving the search for relevant information. The integration of the calendar tool is very fluid, as it allows us to synchronize our schedules directly on the platform, facilitating the scheduling of meetings and events. The quality of video calls could be improved. Sometimes we experience stability problems and the image quality is not always optimal, which can affect communication during crucial meetings. Flock effectively solves the lack of coordination in dispersed teams thanks to the task management function. In addition, the ability to conduct polls on the platform facilitates the collection of quick feedback, enhancing team consensus-based decision making.
The quality of video calls could be improved. Sometimes we experience stability problems and the image quality is not always optimal, which can affect communication during crucial meetings.

Flock’s interface is one of the best in the category. It offers you a right side pane, sometimes two different on both sides. This is where you will find all your pinned posts, added to the list of Flock’s exclusive features.
Some of the top exclusive features included in Flock are easy task management and file sharing. At the very right edge of the app, you can see directories, notes, reminders, and so forth in Flock. On selecting one of the apps from the edge, the associated info appears in a secondary pane.
On clicking on Directory, users get to see a list of all the people added into their Flock account, on the very extreme left. The integrated new view of Flock won’t cover the main view of all your active channels. This simplifies looking through the directory without learning any convo.
