Called in still wont cancel or refund.

Called in, they still won’t cancel. Stealing money out of plain sight. Showed them proof of no log in or access since April 2021. Do not trust this company. Wasted hours on hold and being transferred and just longer holds. I could only imagine if someone who was struggling was being robbed like this how devasting it would be for them to meet rent, food, bills.
