Don't waste your time and go with Carta

Potentially lower pricing than Carta? Not much to like beyond that. Where do I begin?

1. No support, only a bot and email which takes forever

2. Deel integration does not work

3. Constant issues trying to release grants to employees – what should’ve taken days, took months of back and forth

4. AVOID at all cost. I wish someone told me this when I was comparing them to Cart – on paper all looks great but AL for startups is a product that simply does not work as advertised. Cap table management
