one.com used to be fabulous. I’ve been using for around 15 year but will be looking to move hosts regrettably. Their chat service support used to be staffed by experts in their field. Over the past few months it feels like a group of robots with very limited knowledge. Everything now gets passed to the tech team via an email ticket which takes days to respond to. I had 2 years worth of internal server errors on the unlimited package. I spent literally days going back and forth with the support guys and they couldn’t solve it. Out of the blue, someone from the sales team contact me to ask me if I have been getting internal server errors and I should probably switch to the guru service for some of my domains. Did this, and it fixed it straight away. 2 years of customer complaints and lost custom because of lack of knowledge of one.com staff again. I now have another major problem which is that none of my themes will upload the demo content. This has been working fine until this week and again, no one at one.com is able to understand the issue which has totally stopped my productivity. Please one.com, put some technical people back on the chat service again as the new model isn’t working!
